3. Experience and technical design

We make the workflow understandable before making it expensive. Representative examples and prototypes may be used to check navigation, terminology, mobile behavior, accessibility, and exception handling before implementation.

4. Implementation

Work proceeds in reviewable increments with maintainable code, protected configuration, clear environments, and deliberate data handling. Integrations use supported interfaces and the minimum access appropriate to the task.

5. Verification and handoff

Verification covers functional behavior, accessibility, security boundaries, data integrity, performance, failure states, responsive presentation, and user understanding. Documentation identifies how to operate, recover, update, and own the result.

6. Measured improvement

After launch, changes should follow evidence such as actual use, exceptions, support needs, performance, and evolving business decisions. No revenue, savings, ranking, or performance result is guaranteed.
